I have the right to refuse commissions.

I am free to post my artwork in my social media and added to my portfolio.

The client should provide clear and readable references. I advise to be more descriptive with it as much as possible.

Do not remove my watermark and do not claim my art as your own.

Prices are in USD and payment will be via Paypal invoice. Down payment of half the total cost must be settled upfront before I start the commission.

For commissions over $300, payment plans are available and can be discussed.

All prices listed are base prices and subject to additional fees. Additional fees include Rush fees (+5% of base price), Major Revisions (+50-100% of cost, depends on complexity).

Commissioned artworks are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed. As such, minting, distribution, sale of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or any other blockchain-based assets, and/or AI training derived from my artwork is strictly prohibited.

Commercial use prices at minimum are 2x the quoted price of the artwork. Total sum of the price increases depending on these cases:
[2x] Social media: Twitch, YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok
[3x] Personal Website, Patreon, Business Cards
[5x] Merch, Reproducing, and/or Selling my artwork.

No refunds and/or charge backs. Only viable in the event that I've decided to stop working on the artwork that the client and I have agreed upon.

Clients who have commissioned from me three times or more are eligible to have a FREE Birthday Art within the same year they're commissioning/have commissioned from me!

Should the client choose not to disclose their birthdates, they will still receive it within the year. Just say when, please (❁´◡`❁)

Birthday Arts are limited to Sketchy (Colored) artstyle only!

Long time clients can have any artstyle of their choosing (within the scope of my abilities).
